Answering the new challenge

Patricia G. could not wait any longer.  The challenge was bugging her.  Having no idea where to start she kept messing around with card scraps she was sorting and it just fell into place.  Its layered like the challenge card design and brads were used instead of flowers.  To pieces of a tool set had to be added as tractors seem
to always need adjustments.  The wording seems to fit the season and some guy would like this card for Easter or Father's Day.

CARD CHALLENGE FOR MARCH 30-APRIL 3RD.

This is the new challenge for the week.  It is a clean design and hopefully we will have some awesome cards.  This card group knows how to create beautiful cards and some are so interesting.  We are surprised for each challenge and looking forward to this one.

This card is done by Dee. B.  She used great spring colors and has done a wonderful job.  Her card is layered and the cross is put on stick ups.  A beautiful card for Easter.  Well done Dee.  You do great cards.

Fill your Easter Baskets

Susan G. needed three Easter cards and I think you
will appreciate them all.  She is so creative  and her designs are proof of this.  This design has a greeting that was been worked into the design and is so appropriate as the stitching seems to grow around the whole card.  How cute the tiny chicks are and that decorative egg is the final touch.  The bow makes it a perfect gift.
Again here is the 2nd of Susan G.'s cards.  Using the same basic idea she used the flowers across the top and the little centers match the chicks and her yellow background for her greeting.  Wouldn't you like one of these in your Easter Basket?

I can picture the bunny now .  It will love this 3rd card.  How cute is the carrots for the background and the green  brings the clover to mind.  This little orange brads look like candy .  Susan, you have done it again .  This is a great card You are so clever.

This is an anniversary card designed by Mary P.  She has combined green and pink which are great spring colors for her card.  The hearts have scalloped edges and are layered and emblished  with a delightful charm in the center.  Her butterfly is an added touch of spring.  Great card Mary.

Again another card designed by Mary P.  It is another anniversary card but this butterfly speaks for itself.  Its a great design and her background design makes it all go together.  A great card for any occasion.  Again great job Mary.

more enteries in the challenge.

What a great card.  The colors are so striking and such an original idea.  You brads add the right amount of interest in this card and the flower is highlighted with the dark background.  Great great job Paula H.

Earline T.  your card is playful from the start.  You did a great job and placed your design width wise instead of upright and it looks perfect.   Your choice of polka dots will delight any child  and your choice of stamp set is perfect.  Earline won this stamp set at one of the groups card meetings.  Nice, nice nice Earline.

This entry challenge is done by Paula H.The mail boxes are such a neat idea and done so neatly.  Paula brought in the purple, gold and pink challenge really well.  That map in the back ground is great for long distance communication with a pen pal.  Love the card.

Dee B. is welcoming Spring with the sweet butterflies.  I can see them now swarming over the azalea bushes and bridal wreath plants .  A sure sign that spring is one its way.  Great job Dee.

More weekend challenge

Both these cards were designed by Debra for the weekend challenge.  It seems Debra can read the future and had designed the card on the left before she knew about the challenge.  The card on the right is her challenge card.  Both are done very well and took time and thought.  She was creative with the grass stamp and using the same color as her layers.  The word background just highlights the type writer perfectly.  What attractive cards  that will be enjoyed by anyone.
